In order to ensure that our courses meet the objectives of our customers, Kellan Group staff is available to customize Kellan courses or to develop new courses. When customizing courses, we use a three-step process.
- The first step is to analyze the existing project management environment and the types of projects undertaken by the staff.
- The second step is to determine what portions of the project management discipline will be customized and change the course material accordingly.
- The third step is to review the customized course with the client for approval to proceed.
Professional Development Units and Continuing Education Units
As a recognized Chartered Global Registered Education Provider® by the Project Management Institute®, the curriculum provided by The Kellan Group can be used for staff working towards certification or re-certification credits.
